Paul Dixon spent 22 years in Retail Management in a variety of positions including Human Resources, Operations and General Management. In 2007 Paul and his Wife, Jody began to invest in rental properties, purchasing and managing 4 duplexes. Having a keen interest in all areas of repair and maintenance Paul quickly took over all responsibilities of repairs and snow clearing while continuing a Management Career. In August of 2015 after many years of feeling the desire to be an entrepreneur, Paul finally took the leap towards starting his own business in Property Management and with his long-time friend and now Business partner, Mellisia Ansems-Ellis, Safeguard was born.
